We’ve had FlexOn on our home since November of 2009. The job was done by Pnadawhite Inc., a company that we did our research on. The company agreed the full payment upon completion when we were satisfied with the job when finished. Our house was built in 2000. By 2009 the stucco on the house was deteriorated! Knowing that regular paint was not an option for Stucco, we went ahead with what Miro had to offer. Since Coolwall, We’ve noticed a great difference in the temperature of our home. Warmer during cold days of winter and as expected, cooler through hot summer days. Our AC unit has been working less and, Black Widow spiders around the perimeter of the house have disappeared, as Miro mentioned! It’s a great product, and we’ve been very happy with it. Miro also had our attic clean up and put Atticat insulation in there with lifetime warranty on it. We saw how dirty the attic was as one of the workers took pictures of it when cleaning it. We were sleeping under this dirty attic for years! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Aranda P. S. We had some issues, bubbling of the paint around the eves of the house after the completion that the company came back to fix the problems under the warranty. The workers are very friendly.
In March of 2012, I set an appointment for an estimate to paint my house, and my roof was leaking! Miro stopped by. I knew next to nothing about stucco, or wood siding. As I am a single woman, owning my house by myself, I was being careful and selective to what kind of a work was going to be done on my house. I’d had some bad experiences with one or two contractors I’d hired in the previous years. My flooring was half finished when the contractor decided to leave for his previous client to finish another project of his, living my dining room with no floor for seven weeks! The contractor who painted the interior walls of my house, left a mess after he finished and never came back to clean up as he’d promised. And also at the same time my sisters kitchen cabinet doors were falling off after only two months of her kitchen remodel, never being able to find the contractor responsible to complain. He’d disappeared! I never told Miro about my skepticism with contractors and what I’d gone through with some contractors and well, I never had these problem with him either. As he himself wrote down all the detail of the process for me in the contract, showed me his references and as I requested, I paid him the balance in full only after the job was completed with my satisfaction! The fact that he didn’t mind on the latter, made me decide on the investment he was offering. The project was done in ten days. The house looked beautiful then, and it still looks beautiful! It gives a great feeling to have these products on the exterior of my house and my roof. I’m proud to have this on the entire exterior of my home even when not being able to see the outside walls or the roof of my house when I’m inside.. You just feel it. Thank You.
We are writing this as Miro asked us to. We replaced our roof in March of 2008 with Miro, representing Pandawhite Inc.. We still like it! The work took the 4 days. They brought a truck, lifted it’s container up to the eaves of the roof. They took two layers of the old roof down with the wood shake that was under it. Miro told us about dust, that was what worried us most, although their contractor sprayed water on the wood shake before tearing it down to prevent dust. We had no dust! All the nails on the ground around the house were collected, they used a roller magnet for that. Although about two weeks later we found some two nails on the floor, as we had young children then, running around bare feet from time to time, I called Miro and he sent their guy to run the magnet one more round. He showed up that afternoon. The roof is unique, I had to ask Miro again for the name,TruDefinition Duration by Owens Corning. The texture is quite unique, and since we’ve replaced it, we have forgotten about it. We still get some comments time to time from people on the vibrant texture of the roof. And, our neighbor cross the street, had shingles from his year old roof flying away on the last gusty winds we had about a month ago! We’d referred him to Miro for his roof, apparently they didn’t like the price and they chose another contractor.Their roof was done just last year, and now missing shingles! We paid more than the other estimated we had for our roof, that seems to be a better and a stronger roof with a lifetime warranty!
I’m writing this testimonial as you asked me to. To whom it may concern, We purchased FlexOn coating and the Owens Corning 50 year roof in March of 2010. We’ve been happy with it. I’ve owned a few houses before with stucco exteriors and I never knew there was a permanent solution for these deteriorating stuccos. Also, to my understanding, the longest roof you could get was a 30 year roof, as you explained with warranty being on the material only! The house is always clean from outside. No dust stays on the walls. Now the sprinklers do not have any effect on the walls. Also spiders are gone! Well, I could find one, once every six months, although the problem is solved. The house is cooler. With the CoolRoof I got from you I assume. My roof is very large. It keep my one story house much cooler! I haven’t turn on the AC since the roof was replaced! Specially the front room of my house that I use as my home office, is now much cooler during the summer! Thank you for the great job! Next is Solar panels and a clean re insulation in my attic. Yours, Ralphs.
We would like to thank you and your company Pandawhite for the windows you installed. As you had promised, they really improved the appearance of our home. Not only the windows are as attractive as the pictures you showed us, they also eliminate all noise from the street, keep our home cooler in the hot weather, and warmer in cold weather. And they are so easy to clean! Your crew came here when they were expected, and took out the old windows in a few hours and put up the new ones. The materials used for insulation when installing were quite impressive. They cleaned up when they were finished and the windows were such perfect fit. No painting or plastering was necessary. When some of our friends saw our new windows in the past few months, commented on the quality. One of them had windows replaced in his house with issues in installation, and how the new window frame bowed from inside. They were impressed with all the job done! Your product was certainly what you promised! Thank you again for your excellent product and perfect craftsmanship. Very truly yours,
I’m writing this letter as a testimonial for other home owners to be informed and aware, and maybe even learn from my personal experience with double pain window. I had replaced five windows in front of my house with Anlin windows through a local company three years ago. I thought, like most people, that double pane windows were all about the same. That is far far from the truth! First off, the installation was a disaster. I cannot describe the anger I felt when I saw the for workmanship that they thought they would get away with. One of the windows had condensation inside and was obviously crooked. Though the workers could not speak english and acted as if that was how the window how was supped to be, and that was how it was suppose to be installed. It was almost five most before they came back to replace the window. The worst part was how poorly the windows performed. I did not notice much difference in temperature, or noise. So when one your representatives called me and told me about “high performing windows”, I was more than skeptical. But his enthusiasm won me over! I agreed to the demo, and wow! When Miro showed up and demonstrated the Simonton windows, me and my wife were literally blown away! The windows were obviously made with thicker vinyl and glass than the Anlin windows we had installed. He put the window on the floor and stood on the glass, it didn’t break! He used the heat lamp and explained the difference between LOE3 and other standards. No heat went through. But it was the security side of the window that ultimately made us decide to replace all the windows with you. Please thank Jeff and all his crew for taking care of our home as if it was their own, going out of their way to minimize and inconvenience. The windows are amazing. We have received many unexpected compliments from our neighbors, whom two of them were our referral course for Miro and they too, decided to take advantage of Miro group purchase incentive! We have much greater difference in our cooling and heating savings and the house feels exceptionally quiet and cozy! Our savings are about 50% on cooling and heating utilities, and I have noticed because of the windows our refrigerator works less!! These windows are definitely made in the States, as Miro was explaining, compare to Milliards made in Mexico or other brands that parts would be imported from the far east. As i started doing some reading on them after all. As the saying goes.. “You Get What You Pay For”!
I am writing this testimonial at Miro’s request. I had my roof replace with Pamdawhite Inc. i n June of 2016. the roof I got i s a cool roof with 50 years warranty on t he labor also! My late husband was a contractor, and what I remember him saying t hat t he best roof you could get could only come with a 40 year warranty on i t’s belt. Well, Miro offered me a roof with 50 years on the warranty!
As my roof was replaced, I noticed t he house cooled off significantly. When I come home i n t he early afternoon, the house i s not hot like before, and I don’t need to run t o open windows and the fans! I could actually ignore them for the entire afternoon.
I ended up buying i t with no money down, financing i t with the city, with my first payment i n about a year from now!
Miro had my attic rensulated also last month. The cost was significant. But when I saw how t he work was being done, all the cleaning, and a life time insulation installed, i t made sense. My house was built i n the 1950’s, and my husband had insulation put on top of what t here was originally. Apparently that i s not a good idea, as I saw how dirty the insulation was when they took i t down i n bags. I’m lucky I only had mold i n one section of t he attic only, t hat t hey cleaned and sealed i t off.
The house is actually cooler now.
They did what near exactly my husband would say about good contractors! I am very pleased. They did a clean j ob!
